Spherical granular metal flux;
The raw materials for Granulated refining flux are
anhydrous magnesium chloride and potassium chloride.
Compound of the materials are melted into fused flux in
the temperature of 650-760℃. Process the fused flux
through centrifugal effect and spherical granules in the
size of 0.2-5mm are produced. The product demonstrates
better and faster effect on refining. Its green and
powder-free characteristics ensure its competence of being
the upgrade product for previous like products.
Production process; we have the exclusive production line
in the domestic manufacturers for producing granulated
spherical (0.2-3mm) anhydrous magnesium chloride, aluminum
flux, magnesium alloy flux, flux and other spherical metal
melt granulation production. all products are used to
export. We adopt independent innovation production process
to heat all materials to 600-714 ° C above with a 4-ton
temperature control electric furnace (Stainless Steel
inner Furnace), let them to be the liquid crystal, then
cool them by the centrifugal machine to make them to be
granulation (the machine is diameter of 15 meters, 8
meters high), pack them after screening at last. We have
about 12 tons production capability every day.

Production process: the magnesium chloride anhydrous is
red at temperature above 714, when it is out from the
furnace. Then we inject the liquid Mgcl2 into stainless
steel container, the Magnesium Chloride Anhydrous is
poured into the specially designed steel container in
liquid form at temperature above 714℃. The steel
container is sealed by welding after the Magnesium
Chloride Anhydrous is cooled down below 100℃ naturally.

Package: packed in iron container, about 1mt/container

Production process: the magnesium chloride anhydrous is
red at temperature above 714, when it is out from the
furnace. Then we inject the liquid Mgcl2 into stainless

same specification, weight, shape and no stain on the
surface of the block. When the magesium chloride anhydrous
is cooled down below 40℃ naturally. It is sealed in
plastic bag and then packed in poly bag.

Production process: This product is the high end product
of Magnesium Chloride Anhydrous. The magnesium chloride is
specially chosen and manufactured in a closed environment
