Colormatch® DR pigment dispersions for urethane applications consist of organic and inorganic colorants dispersed in a 6000 Mw Triol with a hydroxyl number of 28. This carrier vehicle has been chosen for excellent compatibility with a wide range of urethane systems.
At Chromaflo Technologies, special consideration is given to pigment types in the custom color matching process. Pigments may be selected according to a variety of criteria, including weathering, UV stability, non-heavy metals, low abrasion and cost considerations. For optimal UV stability, additives can be formulated directly into Colormatch® products.
